I'm bolivian and everything you said it's wrong, actually what happened was that the last president that was Evo Morales wanted to be elected over and over again, which is totally wrong due to the constitution, so something know as the 21F or 21st of February happened, which is the date of the day when he put up an election to change the constitution so he could be elected as much as he wanted, BUT, everyone voted no, so he cheated his way up to going for being re-elected for a third time.

Speaking of video sites over policing, I just noticed something you will get a kick out of. I just removed a large section of my profile here after noticing some of my fav shows/movies/music where edited beyond readability, attempted to fix and was told my profile contained a banned word. Cant even say the name of the movie here either. Its "____ the man" stars luke wilson.
